How To Request

Email support with your account email, requested action, and enough detail to identify the records. Do not include passwords, OTPs, or payment secrets.

Verification

We may require account verification before exporting or deleting data. Partner-client data requests may require additional authorization checks.

Limits

Some records may be retained for fraud prevention, tax, payment dispute, audit, or legal reasons. We will explain any limits when responding.
