Digital report and recorded program purchases may be non-refundable after access is unlocked, unless required by law or approved by support for a verified issue.

Booking refunds or reschedules depend on counselor availability, notice period, and whether the session has already occurred.

Payment Incidents

Duplicate charges, captured payments without access, or verified failed unlocks should be reported with the Razorpay payment ID and order ID.
